President/CEO
Job Description
Greater Lima Region is looking for a skilled executive with a strategic background to join their organization as President/CEO. Reporting directly to the Board of Trustees, this role will have leadership and executive responsibility for the Greater Lima Region’s operations including fundraising, monitor ongoing projects, researching and proposing new projects, collaborating with community economic development agencies, meeting with public officials, and being highly visible in the community. As President/CEO, this position will create the strategic plan, budget, priorities, and tactics.
The Successful Candidate Must:
Display initiative and an ability to work independently. A history of demonstrated leadership skills and strong community engagement is a must. A bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is required.
Organization Profile:
The Greater Lima Region is a privately funded 501C3 tax exempt non-profit corporation who supports local economic and community development across the eight-county Greater Lima Region. The primary priorities are to provide capital support to regional Economic Development organizations, make direct capital investments in economic/community development projects, and collaborate with the community to promote business interests. Compensation:
