The chairman of the board of directors is the head of an organization's board of directors and works to ensure the company meets stakeholder expectations and leads and coordinates the Board of Directors’ activities. The chairman's primary responsibility is to meet their stakeholders’ expectations, execute good board governance and best practices, oversee all board meetings, including meeting agendas, ensure compliance with the nonprofit's regulations, make sound financial decisions for the organization, and facilitate discussion between the board and executive teams. They also manage the board directors and their activities, providing transparency and accountability.

Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
- Nonprofit management: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Required)
