Job Responsibilities

*  Provides executive leadership in developing and executing  human resources strategies in
   support of the overall business plan and strategic direction in succession planning,
   performance management, talent acquisition, change management, organization design,
   employee relations, compensation and benefits plans, HR information systems, and
   professional development.

*  Aligns human resources strategies with the greater College's goals and objectives.

*  Provides strategic leadership by communicating Human Resources needs and plans to the
    Executive Council and others.  

*  Serves as EEO Officer for the College.

 

Minimum and Additional Requirements

Master's degree plus seven years of progressively responsible related work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Master's degree in a related discipline with a minimum of ten years of experience in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, and Benefits Administration.  

Professional certification desired.
